Blackwood-based documentary WINDFALL is finally ready for release – and it’s a cracker.
Full of amazing footage, heaps of locals with their insights and humour, plenty of expert analysis and explanation, WINDFALL is confronting, moving, relentlessly funny and, at times, just a tiny bit sweary.
On 9 June 2021, a freak storm changed our community forever. The aim of this documentary is to understand and document this extraordinary weather event and preserve the stories of endurance, resilience and recovery that followed.
